Getting started can be hard.

We make it easy.

We run a digital first, 2-4 week onboarding process to take you from discovery to implementation.

Check out an example below.

Discovery

Close-up of a wooden desk or table with a swirling wood grain pattern, a black pen, and a closed white notebook.
A young woman with black wavy hair sitting at a white desk in a bright room with large window, reading or speaking into a smartphone. The desk has a laptop, a white bottle, books, and small potted plants. The wall behind her is decorated with photos, notes, and drawings pinned on a whiteboard or wall. There's a tall shelving unit with decor items and a black desk lamp.

You’ll have a 30-minute introductory call with our team with 2 goals in mind:

  1. Learn more about our firm and what we do.

  2. Share more about what you want to get out of working with an advisor.

After this, the ball is in your court, and we will never pressure you to make a decision on the live call. If you want to move forward, we’ll kick off the Financial Intake process.

Financial intake

A desk with a gold pen, a monthly budget overview sheet, and an open planner with finance tracker pages.
Person holding a smartphone writing on a digital note-taking app with a stylus, with a blurred computer keyboard and monitor in the background.

This is where the real planning begins. We will share a list of questions covering all components of your financial life, which can include:

  1. Income, expenses, and net asset snapshot.

  2. Preferences when it comes to risk and investing.

  3. Goals (this is what it’s really all about).

Clients can work through this on their own digitally, or can discuss live with an advisor, and generally takes 1-2 hours of work on your end.

Plan review

A black and white photo showing a person with glasses and short hair sitting at a desk, facing away from the camera, working on a laptop. There is another person to the left, partially visible, with long hair. The scene appears to be in a bright office or studio with large windows in the background.

Your personal advisor will take all of your information, and review across a number of topics to put together your plan.

This may require some follow-up from you, but generally this stage is all your advisor.

Check out this page if you’d like to review some of the common things we look for and review.

You have still not moved any assets around at this point. If you’re aligned with the plan, we’ll move to the final phase.

Implementation

This is when your advisor will officially set up your accounts and transfer any funds that we will manage. These accounts could include:

  • Investments

  • Budgeting and financial planning hubs

  • Trusts and wills

Everything we offer can be done digitally, and your advisor will be there every step of the way.

From here, we largely take over, and you can focus on what matters.
